Salary: £46,440 per annum, £8000 bonus, company car, pension

Ready to take your commercial kitchen experience in a new direction? If you're an experienced chef who understands how a professional kitchen really works and you've developed a strong commercial mindset along the way this could be an exciting opportunity to take your career beyond the kitchen.

We're working with a globally recognised manufacturer of premium commercial cooking equipment, renowned for innovation, quality and its impact on professional kitchens across the hospitality and catering industry.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager who can use their first-hand kitchen experience to build relationships, identify opportunities and help customers find better ways of working.

Why could this be right for you?

You already understand the pressures of a busy professional kitchen. You know what chefs need. You understand the challenges around labour, consistency, efficiency, food quality and kitchen costs. Most importantly, you can speak to chefs and kitchen operators in a language they understand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
