Regional Sales Manager – East Midlands/North East
Salary: £42,500 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55k - £65k) + company car
Work Schedule: 5 days per week on the road
Pitch is delighted to be supporting an award-winning business operating at the heart of the British design industry within optics.
Our client designs their products and works with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East to produce premium, cutting-edge pieces. Driven by trends within the fashion industry, they have several premium licensed brands along with their own house brands.
About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, who lives within the East Midlands/North East as you’ll cover the region from Nottingham up to Tyneside. You’ll be on the road 5 days a week, travelling across your region and meeting with customers regularly to build on existing relationships whilst also looking to acquire new customers.

Key Duties
- Managing your diary and setting appointments with customers in an area to maximise your time and effectiveness.
- Showcasing new and existing products to customers and encouraging them to buy.
- Completing orders and managing administration whilst out on the road.
- Targeted to meet with 40 customers per week.
Experience Needed
- You will have worked in a face-to-face, field sales role previously and be able to demonstrate your commercial success with longevity in your roles.
- You’ll have exceptional communication skills and be able to build relationships quickly.
- You will be comfortable being out on the road 5 days per week and be able to organise your diary to ensure maximum efficiency.
- You’ll have B2B sales experience, selling tangible products from industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail, optics.
- You must live within the region you are covering.
