Regional Sales Manager

Weldfast is an ambitious, growing business investing in its people, products, systems and customer experience. We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of sales growth across the East and South East of England.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B field sales professional with experience in the welding, fabrication or industrial sector to make a real impact.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for growing sales and profitability across your territory by:
- Developing and strengthening existing customer relationships
- Winning new customers and new business opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to increase share of customer spend
- Promoting Weldfast’s welding, cutting, PPE and associated product portfolio
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Providing customers with practical, commercially focused solutions
- Keeping ahead of competitor activity and market opportunities

You’ll be a trusted advisor to customers and a key ambassador for the Weldfast brand, combining technical understanding with a proactive, consultative approach to sales.
About You
You’re a confident, motivated sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers and winning business.
Ideally, you’ll have experience within the welding, fabrication, engineering or manufacturing sectors, with a good understanding of welding consumables, processes and related products.
You’ll be:
- Experienced in B2B field sales and territory management
- Strong at both account development and new business
- Commercially driven and motivated by achieving targets
- Confident communicating and negotiating with customers at all levels
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
- A natural relationship builder with a consultative sales style
- Resilient, positive and hungry to succeed
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- A full UK driving licence holder

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply manage a territory — they grow it.
You’ll spot opportunities others miss, build strong customer relationships and turn those relationships into sustainable, profitable sales. You’ll also work closely with our Customer Service, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
