Regional Sales Manager | UK | Iconic Furniture Brand
We are exclusively retained by our client, an iconic furniture and interiors business, to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to join a dynamic, inspiring team.
The opportunity
Our client is a global leader in design-led furniture, renowned for its sustainability, quality, and highly desirable company culture. They are looking for an established, proven Account Manager or Sales Manager to drive business development, acquisition, and growth across the UK.
The ideal candidate will bring a significant book of A&D and established dealer network contacts and will be pivotal in accelerating the brand's growth nationwide.
What you'll do
- Champion the full furniture portfolio
- Build a strong, healthy network of dealers and project partners across your area
- Own projects end to end, delivering a great customer experience and a strong commercial result
- Track sales, pipeline, and market trends, spotting opportunities and risks early
- Keep your CRM and line manager updated with accurate, regular insight
- Deliver outstanding service and build long-term client relationships

What you'll bring
- A proven track record in a comparable sales or regional account management role
- Experience with dealers, project channels, end users, design and build organizations, or A&D practices (desirable)
- Sharp market awareness and solid pipeline management and activity planning skills
- Confident negotiation skills and the presence to engage senior decision-makers and directors
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- CRM experience
