You will be hands-on, leading and managing the sales team while remaining actively involved in training, presenting, pitching and selling.

The Regional Sales Manager will be comfortable working in a multi-channel business, overseeing B2B while supporting and identifying synergies across B+P staff, including how to maximise sales with B2B e-commerce accounts/sites and managing promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday sales).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach and excellent customer experience.
  • Drive regional revenue growth by coaching the Business Development Manager to acquire high-value new clients while strategically expanding existing account partnerships.
  • Provide direct people management and sales mentorship to the Business Development Manager, establishing clear performance metrics and development plans to prepare the team for future expansion.

  • The strategy and its implementation are carried out in close collaboration with the VP Sales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
