A market-leading manufacturer supplying specialist engineered timber solutions into the UK housebuilding sector is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to support the next phase of growth across the Midlands and South of England.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and financially secure business with a strong reputation, significant market presence and ambitious growth plans.
The company already works with many of the UK's leading housebuilders and has built an enviable position within its sector. With further investment in the commercial team, the focus is now on increasing specification activity, strengthening customer relationships and growing market share as residential construction activity recovers.

The Role
This role sits at the centre of the company's growth plans. Working across a territory covering the Midlands and South, you will engage directly with regional and national housebuilders, timber-frame manufacturers, and specialist distribution partners.
The focus is approximately:
- 60% new business development
- 40% account management and growth of existing customers
You will create demand through specification, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and work closely with distribution partners to convert opportunities into profitable sales.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Building relationships with UK housebuilders and residential developers.
- Developing product specification opportunities across new-build projects.
- Growing sales through established distributor partnerships.
- Creating and converting new business opportunities.
- Managing and developing an existing portfolio of customers.
- Working closely with technical, estimating, and operational teams.
- Providing market intelligence and customer insight.
- Supporting the continued growth of one of the strongest brands in the sector.
About You
- Commercially driven and naturally proactive.
- Comfortable winning new business while also growing existing accounts.
- Credible dealing with senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
- Focused on relationships, opportunity creation, and long-term customer development.
- Looking for a role where they can genuinely influence growth rather than simply manage existing demand.
