Regional Sales Manager in the Midlands - International Fitness Equipment Supplier
£35-37k base salary (experience dependant) plus strong OTE and car allowance

Our client offers a huge range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and work on a multitude of projects with some of the best brands in fitness and have a big global footprint! They have a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and we are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the Midlands region. On offer for the successful candidate is an industry leading commission structure, amazing culture and the potential to stay on and continue to grow with this incredible brand!
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new revenue in your region both through nurturing existing accounts/ relationships and driving new business opportunities. An ideal candidate for this role is tenacious, personable and hard-working with a background fitness or a huge passion for it.

In this exciting role you will be:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations
- Nurture, grow and retain existing accounts within your region
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and services
About you:
- You must have at least 2 years+ experience in a sales management role (ideally in field or regional sales), preferably within the fitness, sports, industry or within capital sales
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent account management skills
- You must have a full driving license and be willing to be mostly field based
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good understanding of fitness industry trends
- This role requires regular travel so you must be flexible there and have a full UK drivers license
- Experience in the fitness sector is preferable, a passion for fitness is a must!
