Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Clean Water Treatment (Permanent, South of England, field-based)

A leading industrial water treatment business is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across clean water treatment and water recovery solutions (this role is clean water-focused, not wastewater).

You will own the full solution sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to convert opportunities into profitable, well-executed projects.

The role

  • Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across the South of England through targeted prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and account development
  • Own the full sales cycle - discovery, solution shaping, proposals, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Deliver against revenue and margin targets with disciplined forecasting and reporting
  • Manage and grow key accounts, developing long-term customer relationships and repeat business
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer outcomes
  • Attend customer meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
