Foster+Freeman is a world-leading manufacturer of forensic science technology, supplying law-enforcement agencies and laboratories in more than 150 countries. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to deliver sales growth internationally. This role will have accountabilities for all sales and business development in their region. From a Business Development perspective, the role will also support strategic development of Distribution partners and explore new channels to market to maximise Foster + Freeman business revenues and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of annual sales budget for the region, with a focus on growth rather than maintaining the status quo.
  • Routine management and development of strategic distribution partners and managing best practice performance of the sales channels.
  • Management and delivery of a regional sales and marketing to include – attendance at regional conferences and events as well as implementing distributor and end user conferences.
  • Identifying and developing new channel partners and business development activities.
  • Supporting new product development and introduction to market to support voice of customer and market intelligence.
  • Maintaining and updating Sales Opportunity pipeline on Hubspot CRM.
  • Preparing routine reports and market insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, especially in distribution management.
  • Experience in government/security and policing markets.
  • Ideally experience in Forensic tools and Crime Scene Investigation practices.
  • Ability to travel internationally into region approx. 50%.
  • Proven track record in sales, delivery and growth.
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Positive and engaging approach.
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
