Regional Sales Manager – South – Luxury Appliances

Location: South of England – Field Based
Sector: Luxury Appliances / Premium Consumer Products
Function: Sales / Business Development

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a premium luxury appliance brand looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager – South to develop its presence across the South of England.

The role will take responsibility for managing and growing an established portfolio of retail, kitchen studio, showroom, specialist dealer, and distribution partners while identifying opportunities to expand the brand's presence within the premium and luxury market.

This is a highly relationship-driven role requiring someone who understands how to represent a premium brand, develop long-term partnerships, and create sustainable commercial growth. The position would suit someone with experience across premium appliances, kitchens, interiors, furniture, consumer electronics, luxury home products, or specification-led sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across the South of England.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing retail, dealer, showroom, and kitchen studio partners.
  • Identify and secure new strategic accounts within the region.
  • Increase distribution and brand presence across priority territories.
  • Develop regional sales plans aligned with overall UK commercial strategy.
  • Deliver regional revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and commercial account reviews.
  • Support dealers and retailers with product training and sales development.
  • Present new products and collections to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for showroom displays and premium brand positioning.
  • Work with customers to optimize product mix and range selection.
  • Support product launches, dealer events, exhibitions, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends.
  • Develop relationships with kitchen designers, developers, architects, and specification partners where appropriate.
  • Work closely with Marketing to deliver regional campaigns and customer activation.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Identify underperforming accounts and implement appropriate growth plans.
  • Act as a brand ambassador across the territory.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced relationship-led sales professional who understands the expectations associated with representing a premium or luxury brand.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager.
  • Experience within appliances, kitchens, interiors, furniture, premium consumer products, or a related sector.
  • A strong network across independent retailers, kitchen studios, dealers, or specialist retail would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrable success growing sales across a geographical territory.
  • Strong new-business development capability.
  • Excellent account-management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Confidence presenting premium products to customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A commercially focused and entrepreneurial approach.
  • The ability to manage a large geographical territory independently.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Experience working with luxury or premium appliance brands, high-end kitchen manufacturers, or premium home-interior businesses would be particularly relevant.

Territory

The territory will cover the South of England, with regular travel across the region. Candidates should ideally be based within the territory with good access to major transport routes.
