Regional Sales Manager - Hisense

Fixed Term Contract (end September 2027)
- Salary: £32,000 per annum + 10% bonus opportunity + Company car
- Working: Monday to Friday + 2 weekends per month (with days off in lieu)
- Territory: Rotherham, Wakefield, Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull and surrounding areas

What is the role?
As an Regional Sales Manager, you won’t just visit stores; you’ll change how they perform.
You’ll work with retail teams and in-store promoters to improve sales, sharpen execution, and build genuine advocacy for the Hisense brand.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll combine coaching, training, sales insight, and retail execution to deliver results that can be seen (and measured).
What will you be doing?
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams - be someone they trust and listen to
- Deliver engaging product training that actually sticks and gets used on the shop floor
- Coach and support in-store promoters, helping them raise their game
- Use sales data and insight to spot opportunities and act on them quickly
- Improve merchandising and visibility, making sure Hisense stands out for the right reasons
- Plan and deliver events, demo days, and training sessions that drive engagement
- Keep a close eye on stock, performance, and competitors, turning insight into action
- Support recruitment and onboarding, helping build a strong, capable team

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking with people development.
You might come from:
- Field sales, retail management, or account management
- Retail training or coaching roles
- Consumer electronics, FMCG, or similar environments
What matters most is that you can:
- Build relationships and influence others without relying on authority
- Use data to back up your thinking and drive action
- Coach people in a way that actually improves performance
- Stay organised in a fast-moving, multi-site role
- Communicate clearly and confidently with different audiences
What skills and experience do you need?
- Experience in a retail, field sales, or training-focused role
- Experience in coaching, developing, or managing people with a focus on improving performance
- Confidence delivering training
- Ability to analyse performance and take action
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
