Sales & Customer Relations Executive – Krones UK

About the Role

Join our team—let’s achieve more together. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Relations Executive.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with internal & external customers
  • Regularly update the Salesforce Customer Relations Management (CRM) system with:
    • Customer appointments
    • Sales reports
    • Updated opportunities
  • Collaborate regionally with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Service Manager on commercial & operational matters
  • Guide customers through all LCS sales channels and follow up diligently
  • Drive business growth by actively promoting and selling Krones’ and agency products
  • Generate, source, and expedite new sales leads, opportunities, and enquiries
  • Hold commercial & technical accountability for all LCS products, enquiries, and orders
  • Build strategic relationships with both new & existing customers
  • Identify sales opportunities, align with customer needs, and highlight Krones’ unique value propositions (USPs).
  • Design and execute local sales initiatives & campaigns
  • Create and deliver internal & external presentations
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with customers
  • Prepare, check, and issue customer quotations
  • Follow up on quotation processes
  • Keep the CRM system updated with new opportunities and active enquiries

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to Europe and frequent travel within the UK
  • Up to 70% travel-focused expected

Your Profile – What You Bring to Krones

  • 3+ years’ experience in a relevant industry (e.g., engineering, sales, or beverage/food technology) with a track record of success
  • Background in Engineering (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • High IT literacy with experience in:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Ideally, CRM systems
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness in negotiations
  • Strong customer-focused mentality and confident communicator
  • Educated to at least HNC/Diploma or A-Levels, with higher qualifications preferred
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Eligibility for EU/Schengen travel (if required.)
