Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are now partnering with Aquatools UK, a subsidiary of Delabie group, to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the London area.
Expert in water hygiene, Aquatools specialises in manufacturing anti-Legionella and all-germ point-of-use filters for healthcare facilities. Aquatools is a market leader in France and is now expanding in Europe and the US. As part of the company's growth, they are willing to develop their presence in the UK.
Reporting to the Sales Director UK, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing revenue in their designated sectors. We are seeking a highly driven sales professional with an established network within the social and healthcare market across the UK.

This is a remote position based in the London area.
Responsabilities
Main activities
- Develop sales activity
- Present the features and performance benefits of the different products according to the client’s needs
- Report and provide feedback on your activity weekly (Key elements: competitor information, opportunities identified, upcoming meetings)
- Evaluate the potential and structure of clients
- Develop sales in the Hospital/Clinic sector
- Develop inactive Public Buildings
- Work on submissions for requests to tender
- Apply national referencing to your area (national framework?)

Additional activities
- Attend conferences, trade shows, or other regional/national events
- Apply established environmental guidelines
Requirements
- Strong professional network and solid understanding of the UK healthcare landscape and NHS structure
- 5+ years of proven experience within the NHS, facility management (hard FM), water safety, water hygiene, or Legionella control
- Full UK driving licence (Category B) with national mobility
- Good knowledge of sales techniques
