About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across the UK and Ireland market, managing a significant revenue portfolio (USD 20–100M). If you excel at strategic sales leadership, market insight, and building strong customer relationships, this role offers the scale and impact you're looking for.
- Develop and execute strategic key account plans
- Analyse regional sales reports and market data to drive action
- Support pricing processes
- Gather market & customer insights
- Execute pricing decisions
- Monitor and govern regional pricing
- Guide and optimise sales channels and regional sales teams
- Oversee regional budget, costs, risk management, and compliance
- Conduct regular customer visits and lead market supervision
- Report market trends, customer updates, and competitive intelligence

About You
- Degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred; Engineering background beneficial)
- Knowledge of the plastics/PVC industry is highly beneficial
- Significant experience in technical sales management, regional account leadership, or strategic commercial roles
- Proven track record managing large revenue portfolios and delivering consistent growth
- Strong negotiation abilities with major accounts
- Experience steering pricing execution, margin optimisation and governance
- High attention to commercial controls, risk management and compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, and cross-functional processes effectively
