Join NETbuilder at a pivotal stage of growth and help scale a differentiated managed security services business.

About NETbuilder

NETbuilder is a rapidly growing, disruptive security services provider with a global footprint and a clear ambition: to redefine how organizations consume managed security services in an AI-driven threat landscape. We are a leader in AI Managed Security Services and Security Engineering, combining innovative, differentiated offerings with deep engineering expertise and measurable customer outcomes. As a strategic partner of CrowdStrike and Splunk, we help customers maximize the value of their security platforms, strengthen resilience against modern threats, and prepare for emerging malicious AI activity. Our mission is to secure our customers against modern threats, future adversaries, and emerging malicious AI activity through high-quality services tailored to their platforms and environments. Every investment a customer makes with NETbuilder should improve security posture and increase operational efficiency. We achieve this by applying the right expertise, services, and tools at every critical stage.

About the Team

NETbuilder's Managed Security Services practice specializes in running and improving security operations for mid-market and enterprise customers using the platforms in which they have already invested.

This is an early-stage opportunity with proven traction. NETbuilder has already onboarded its first fourteen managed security services customers and is now building the sales engine, partner motion, and delivery capacity required to expand that base to hundreds of customers. We have distinct offerings for our two core markets. Enterprise customers receive tailored, engineering-led services for complex security environments, including co-managed and fully managed operations. Mid-market customers receive standardized, outcome-focused services designed for rapid onboarding, predictable value, and scalable protection. Our expertise spans CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM, Splunk, and Cisco Security. We deliver holistic security services across detection engineering, telemetry and data-source health, threat intelligence, and 24/7/365 SOC monitoring and incident response.

We offer two primary engagement models:

  • Augmenting existing security operations teams. We work alongside customers' internal security teams, restoring valuable time and capacity so they can focus on critical security priorities, actions, and initiatives.

  • Running day-to-day security operations. We take ownership and accountability for security operations on our customers' behalf, operating 24/7/365. We improve security posture and data maturity while providing a clear path for service transition when the customer is ready. We position ourselves as a managed service partner, not simply a managed service vendor: communication-first, engineering-led, and accountable for outcomes. The practice is growing rapidly, and this role will be central to how we turn early customer success into a repeatable global growth business.

About the Role

Are you highly motivated and relentlessly focused on achieving the best outcomes for your customers? Do you have an inquisitive mindset and a genuine desire to learn in an ever-evolving security landscape? Are you successful yet humble, with a partner-first, customer-centric approach to creating shared success?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a critical, high-impact hire for NETbuilder as we accelerate growth across the United Kingdom. You will build your business by landing new logos, co-selling with our strategic platform and channel partners, and growing existing accounts across our enterprise and mid-market propositions. You will own opportunities from the first conversation through the initial contract and beyond. You will lead discovery with security leaders, shape engagements alongside our solutions and service delivery teams, and close multi-year recurring-revenue agreements. This is an individual-contributor sales leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Sales, EMEA. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our CISO and Global Head of Managed Services. The territory and sales playbook are still being built. You will have the opportunity to shape both, influence how we take our differentiated offerings to market, and work directly with the managed services leadership and delivery organization behind what you sell.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt for new business. Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting into security and IT leadership teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Help turn early traction into scale. Build on our base of existing managed security services customers by developing repeatable sales motions that can support growth to hundreds.
  • Activate the partner ecosystem. Develop strong relationships with CrowdStrike and Splunk field sellers, as well as reseller and distribution partners. Source referred and co-sold opportunities and keep NETbuilder top of mind within their accounts.
  • Run the full sales cycle. Lead discovery, qualify opportunities against our engagement models, coordinate scoping with our solutions and delivery teams, develop proposals and statements of work with sales leadership, and negotiate through close.
  • Sell to two distinct markets. Position NETbuilder's enterprise and mid-market offerings clearly, adapting the value proposition, commercial approach, and sales motion to each customer's needs.
  • Grow existing accounts. Own managed security services sales across an agreed portfolio of existing services customers, identifying opportunities to protect, renew, and expand each relationship.
  • Sell consultatively. Translate SOC operations, detection engineering, SIEM, and AI security concepts into meaningful business outcomes for CISOs, Security Directors, and SOC Managers. You will be comfortable contributing to technical conversations alongside our engineers.
  • Keep the system honest. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity data in our CRM, contributing to a forecast the business can confidently plan around.
  • Show up in the market. Represent NETbuilder at industry events, partner events, and customer meetings, with travel as required.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, including at least two years selling Managed Security Services such as MDR, MSSP, managed SIEM, SOC-as-a-Service, or co-managed security operations.
  • A strong working knowledge of the cybersecurity market. You understand what a SOC does, how SIEM and EDR/XDR fit together, and why organizations invest in managed detection and response. You can speak credibly with the people responsible for running security programs.
  • A track record of closing recurring-revenue service engagements involving MRR or ARR, rather than solely professional services, product, or license transactions. You have experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals involving security, IT, procurement, and legal teams.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems, including channel partners, distributors, or technology alliance programs. You have the instincts and experience to build pipeline through partners rather than around them.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills. You diagnose before you prescribe and scope engagements that customers can grow with rather than quickly churn out of.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene. You maintain accurate records and forecast what you genuinely expect to close.
  • Highly preferred based in London, with the ability to travel for customer, partner, and industry engagements.
  • A naturally curious and inquisitive mindset, with a commitment to continually expanding your knowledge in an ever-evolving security landscape.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience within the CrowdStrike or Splunk ecosystems, whether selling the platforms themselves, selling services built around them, or co-selling alongside their field teams. Experience with Cisco Security is also valuable.
  • An existing network of security buyers, including CISOs, Security Directors, and SOC leaders, or channel relationships you can activate.
  • Familiarity with how managed security engagements are scoped and contracted, including statements of work, service tiers, onboarding timelines, and renewal cycles.
  • Experience working in a high-growth services business where sellers help shape the playbook, proposition, and routes to market rather than simply execute an established model.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you will have:

  • Built a self-sustaining pipeline across direct, vendor and channel-partner routes to market.
  • Closed new managed security services customers and created meaningful multi-year recurring revenue.
  • Advanced our scale-up journey from an initial base of 14 customers toward a business capable of supporting hundreds.
  • Protected and expanded your renewal portfolio.
  • Become a seller that partners actively bring into their customer accounts, particularly across the CrowdStrike and Splunk ecosystems.
  • Developed a strong understanding of our service catalog and the ability to position our enterprise and mid-market offerings confidently.
  • Made a meaningful contribution to improving the sales playbook, propositions, and go-to-market approach.

You will leave the sales playbook better than you found it.
