Job Description

We Are Brooks

Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH, CEE and France Region

The Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH, CEE and France region will drive the growth of Precise Automation’s collaborative robotics business across Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation/Integrators.

A core principle of this role is to focus on automation fit, not industry labels. High-value opportunities typically involve repetitive plate or sample handling, instrument tending, enclosed automation, high-throughput workflows, or OEM/integrator projects where a single design win can scale into multiple robot deployments.

The Regional Sales Manager will execute the commercial strategy across DACH, CEE and France Region - managing key accounts, developing new business, and supporting channel partners. Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA, they will ensure alignment on priorities, customer engagement, and market development. This role is critical in expanding Precise Automation’s footprint across these regions by driving revenue, strengthening relationships, and uncovering new opportunities for Precise Cobots.

As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Precise Collaborative Robot Group (PCR), you will operate in one of the fastest-growing segments of robotics - collaborative automation. You will act as a consultative partner to OEMs, integrators, and end-users, helping them identify automation opportunities and adopt Precise Cobots into their workflows.

This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial sales professional who can independently manage a territory, build strong customer relationships, and support strategic initiatives defined by the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.

What You Will Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
