Are you an experienced MedTech Sales professional ready to take a market-leading cardiovascular technology to the next level?

Our client is an established and rapidly growing medical technology company pioneering AI-powered cardiovascular diagnostics, helping clinicians make faster, more informed decisions in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease.

We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midlands & North of England.

What you’ll be doing

This is a sales role, combining new business development with strategic account management.

You’ll:

  • Identify, develop and close new NHS and private healthcare accounts.
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract.
  • Drive adoption of innovative cardiovascular diagnostic technology across key accounts.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists and senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Lead clinical education, pathway development and customer engagement programmes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Market Access, Applications and Implementation teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand utilisation and penetration within existing accounts.
  • Own territory strategy, forecasting, CRM activity and commercial performance.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally bring:

  • 7+ years’ healthcare / MedTech sales experience.
  • A proven track record selling into NHS hospitals and/or private healthcare.
  • Experience in cardiology, cardiovascular diagnostics, radiology or medical devices.
  • A strong understanding of introducing and scaling adoption of new healthcare technologies.
  • Confidence engaging clinical, commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The drive, resilience and autonomy to own a large territory and deliver ambitious growth targets.
  • A Science, Medicine, Business, Marketing or related degree would be advantageous.

  • 60–80% travel across the territory.
