Regional Sales Manager – Process Cooling
Birmingham / Midlands
£45,000 - £55,000 + Commission – £80,000 OTE
An established specialist in industrial process cooling and temperature control solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its presence across the Midlands. The business provides engineered cooling solutions to customers across plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical, and wider industrial markets, delivering projects ranging from individual equipment through to complete turnkey cooling systems.

- Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements
- Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to order
- Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors, and industrial end users
Package:
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Commission – £80,000 OTE
- Company car
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

What You’ll Need:
- Sales experience within process cooling, chillers, refrigeration, or industrial HVAC
- Good technical understanding of process cooling systems
- Strong new business and account management experience
- Experience selling to industrial or manufacturing customers
- Commercial and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
