You’ll be representing a business with genuine credibility in the marketplace, supported by experienced technical specialists, product development professionals and a highly respected leadership team.
Role Overview
Covering the Scottish territory, this position would be particularly well suited to someone based around the Glasgow and Edinburgh corridor, giving you good access across the region. The priority for this hire is sales growth.

You’ll be identifying new opportunities, securing listings, increasing market penetration and creating demand with end-users throughout the Foodservice sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and growing the Scotland market across both new business and existing accounts
- 60% new business and 40% account management, with a real focus on opening doors, pitching, converting and growing distribution
- Developing relationships across Foodservice wholesalers and end-users
- Driving performance and increasing rate of sale
- Using your existing industry contacts to make an immediate impact
What They Are Looking For
- Proven experience working within Foodservice, ideally with strong wholesaler relationships
- A track record of winning new accounts and delivering commercial growth
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to business development
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for the food industry
- Someone based within easy reach of the Glasgow / Edinburgh corridor
