Regional Sales Manager – Construction

📍 Essex | On-site / field-based
💰 £50,000–£60,000 basic + £10,000–£15,000 OTE

💼 The Role

We're working with an established business within the construction sector to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales team across the South of England and South Wales.

You'll manage a team of four field-based Technical Sales Representatives, taking responsibility for regional sales performance, coaching and developing the team, setting KPIs and supporting them in winning and growing customer accounts. You'll also spend time in the field, joining customer meetings and maintaining relationships with key strategic accounts.

This is a strong fit for an experienced sales manager who has led field-based B2B sales teams and enjoys being hands-on with both their people and customers. Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or another technical/industrial environment would be particularly valuable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
