Regional Sales Manager, Europe – Animal Health
Location: Remote, based anywhere in Europe
Travel: Regional travel expected
A global ingredients business is seeking a commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to grow its Animal Health business across Europe.
The role focuses on developing customer and supplier relationships, winning new business, and expanding market coverage for veterinary APIs and animal health ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow sales and develop new business across European markets.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and distribution partners.
- Develop existing accounts and identify new product and market opportunities.
- Track market trends and report on sales activity and pipeline.
About You
- At least five years’ relevant commercial experience in animal health.
- Experience with veterinary APIs or animal health ingredients is preferred.
- Distribution experience is an advantage, as is experience working with manufacturers or veterinary pharmaceutical customers.
- Strong sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely and traveling across Europe.
