Regional Sales Manager - National Housebuilder Accounts, South | KBB
Lead a Team. Own the National Housebuilder Accounts.
This is a bigger role than most Regional Sales Manager titles suggest. You will own 5 National Housebuilder accounts at head office level, and lead an established team of 4 Regional Housebuilder Specification Sales Managers who own those accounts regionally, plus key Regional Developers.
The Role
- Own 5 National Housebuilder accounts at head office level
- Own regional relationships alongside the national accounts
- Lead a team of 4 Regional Housebuilder Specification Sales Managers
- Team also owns national accounts at regional office level and key Regional Developers
- Territory: South

The Candidate
- Experience within kitchen, bathroom or interiors (KBB)
- Track record managing National Housebuilder accounts at head office level
- People management experience desirable but not essential
- Ready to step up into a leadership role, or already experienced managing a team
