The role
You’ll take ownership of the Northeast region, driving sustainable sales growth, expanding distribution and building brilliant partnerships with our distributors and key accounts. This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you’ll spend plenty of time in market, strengthening relationships, spotting new opportunities and making sure Huel shows up brilliantly wherever we’re sold.
- Drive sustainable sales growth and expand Huel’s distribution across the Northeast, identifying opportunities to get Huel into more hands.
- Build brilliant relationships with distributor ownership, management and sales teams, becoming a trusted partner and keeping Huel front of mind.
- Get out in market! Conduct regular ride-withs to understand what’s happening on the ground and drive strong execution.
- Lead engaging sales meetings and portfolio presentations that build excitement and confidence in the Huel brand.
- Grow our distribution footprint while improving visibility, availability and execution across existing accounts.
- Identify and develop new chain and key account opportunities that can unlock further growth across the region.
- Own promotional resources and sampling budgets, making sure investment is focused where it can have the biggest impact.
- Plan and execute market activations and brand events that bring Huel to life and connect us with new customers.
- Keep Huel leadership close to what’s happening in market through consistent reporting, forecasting insights and valuable market feedback.
- Be the go-to person for all things Huel across the Northeast, taking ownership of the region and connecting the dots between distributors, customers and our internal teams.

What we're looking for in you
- 3+ years’ experience in food and beverage sales, with a strong understanding of what it takes to grow brands in market.
- Proven experience driving growth through distributor management and market development.
- Strong knowledge of the Northeast market and an understanding of its customers, distributors and opportunities.
- Happy to be out and about! You’ll be travelling extensively across the region, including overnight stays when required.
- A real field-first mindset, with the willingness to spend around 25–30 hours per week out in market.
- Organised, self-motivated and results-driven, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of your region.
- Experience within foodservice and DSD would be a big plus.
