Job Summary
We're looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to play a key role in driving growth and building lasting customer relationships in the UK. You’ll combine consultative sales with hands-on product demonstrations, attend industry events, and work closely with Marketing and Product teams to generate demand and deliver solutions that matter. If you’re motivated, target-driven, and passionate about making an impact in the medical simulation field we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Demonstrating products to customers in person at the customer site.
- Attending exhibitions and courses to gather new leads.
- Sales Administration (e.g., quoting, email correspondence, use of Dynamics).
- Contacting prospective customers via phone, email or virtual meetings to identify sales opportunities.
- Creating prospecting lists from internet research.
- Working with Marketing team on demand generation campaigns.
- Working with the Product Specialist(s) to arrange and deliver virtual/in-person demonstrations.
- Working with the Product Management team to collate customer feedback and discuss development of products.
- Assist existing UK customers with account management queries and pass them onto the correct department (e.g. Support calls, training requests etc.)

Person Specification
The successful candidate will bring dynamic energy and proven territory sales experience, ideally within medical sales or the simulation industry. They will have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, and be a highly self-motivated and organised sales professional. A collaborative mindset is also key, with the ability to work effectively across global teams while remaining results-driven and customer-focused. This position will report to the Senior Director Business Development (there are no direct reports into this position) and cover the North of the UK, including Scotland.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who are:
- Previous territory sales experience, ideally in the medical sales, or simulation industries.
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Experience working with Dynamics CRM an advantage
- High Degree of Self-Motivation with a ‘hunter’ mentality to seek out new sales opportunities.
- Needs to be able to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams globally
- Highly Organised and effective at keeping administration up to date.
- Desire to succeed and generate results
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent Active listening skills
- Shows understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work under pressure
