About The Client
An international payment services provider operates across multiple regions, delivering comprehensive payment processing solutions to merchants, fintechs, and banks. The company offers a range of services, including acquiring, issuing, and processing, supporting a wide array of financial institutions globally.
Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the company's expansion in assigned region. This fully remote position allows you to drive sales and business development efforts, focusing on building relationships with financial institutions. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, collaborating with various teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy for issuer and acquirer processing, white-label payment gateways, and digital banking platform solutions.
- Develop a regional sales plan, identifying target accounts and opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline through your network, proactive outreach, and industry connections.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial discussions and proposals to negotiations and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, Heads of Cards, and payment and technology leaders.
- Collaborate with product, technical, risk, and compliance teams to address client needs and support onboarding.
- Take ownership of regional sales targets, forecasting, and CRM reporting.

Requirements
- Strong B2B sales experience in payments, card acquiring, issuer processing, or banking technology.
- Proven track record of independently generating business and closing complex deals with financial institutions.
- Good knowledge of the target region and an established network of relevant decision-makers.
- Understanding of payment infrastructure, processing platforms, and transaction flows.
- Experience managing sales cycles involving commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Languages: English.
- Experience in fintech.
