Regional Sales Manager – Surgical Power Tools
Location: South Thames – BN, BR, CR, KT, PO, RH, SM, TN and TW
Industry: Medical Devices | Orthopaedics | Surgical Equipment
Are you already working in medical device sales, or are you a healthcare professional looking to move into a commercial role?
We're particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in medical device sales, surgical equipment, clinical support, or hospital theatre environments, including ODPs, scrub nurses, and theatre practitioners.
We're recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join an established, family-owned medical device manufacturer specialising in surgical power tools and associated disposable products.
This opportunity could suit an experienced medical sales professional looking for greater territory ownership, a Sales Associate or Clinical Specialist ready to take the next step, or someone from a clinical background who is keen to build a career in medical sales.
You don't necessarily need previous medical sales experience, but you will need the motivation, confidence, and commercial drive to succeed in a target-driven role.
About the Company
You'll be joining a privately owned manufacturer with over 100 years of history and an established international presence. Its specialist surgical power tools are used across orthopaedics, trauma, joint replacement, maxillofacial surgery, hand and foot surgery, and plastics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
