Southern Regional Sales Manager – South of England
Home-Based | Regular Travel | Monthly Visits to Batley HQ
Angloco is looking for an ambitious and personable Southern Regional Sales Manager to represent our industry-leading operational firefighting equipment across the South of England.
This is a home-based role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build long-term partnerships within the firefighting and emergency services sector. The position involves regular customer visits, attendance at UK and international trade shows, occasional overseas travel, and monthly visits to our headquarters in Batley, West Yorkshire.
About the Role
This is a pivotal sales position focused on strengthening existing customer relationships while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
You will become a trusted expert in Angloco’s comprehensive product portfolio. Full product training will be provided to ensure you can confidently present and demonstrate our solutions to a wide range of customers.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable, commercially driven, and able to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Angloco and its full product portfolio across all relevant sectors
- Achieve agreed sales targets in partnership with the Head of Equipment Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Prepare detailed quotations in collaboration with the Head of Equipment & Sales Support Manager
- Deliver engaging customer presentations, including PowerPoint-based demonstrations
- Attend UK and international trade shows as required
- Support product marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Equipment Sales
- Plan and manage customer visits efficiently with strong logistical awareness
- Conduct regular visits to existing Angloco customers to maintain engagement and provide ongoing support
- Prepare and contribute to bid submissions, including local authority tenders
- Confidently demonstrate and present Angloco’s complete product portfolio
- Promote Angloco as a full-service partner to the firefighting and emergency services industry

About You
You will be:
- A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Comfortable demonstrating technical products to varied audiences
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a regional territory independently
- Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development
- Experienced (or confident in developing skills) in bid writing and tender submissions

Mandatory Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- IT Skills (Microsoft packages)
- Be target driven
- Ability to manage own diary and make necessary appointments
