Assan Panel is a leading international manufacturer of insulated composite panels, providing high-performance building envelope solutions across industrial, commercial, logistics, manufacturing, retail and cold-store sectors.
As our UK business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to develop sales of our PIR and Mineral Wool insulated panel systems throughout the Southeast of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction sales professional looking to join a dynamic and expanding manufacturer with significant growth ambitions in the UK market.
Location: Southeast England (Field Based)
Sector: Construction, Roofing & Cladding, Building Envelope
The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing sales of PIR and Mineral Wool composite panel systems within the Southeast region
- Building relationships with roofing & cladding contractors, main contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributors
- Securing project specifications and converting opportunities into sales
- Managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Tracking projects from early design stages through to order placement
- Working closely with estimating, technical, and customer service teams
- Delivering regional sales targets and margin objectives
- Promoting Assan Panel's technical capabilities, fire performance solutions, and sustainability credentials

What We're Looking For
We would like to hear from candidates with:
- Experience selling roofing, cladding, insulated panels, or building envelope products
- Strong knowledge of the industrial and commercial construction sector
- Existing contacts within roofing & cladding contractors, distributors, or specifiers
- A proven track record in business development and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage a regional territory effectively
- Full UK driving license
