National Ventilation is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of innovative ventilation solutions.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and commercially minded professional to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Manager, South Wales & Central. Region includes: BS, CF, GL, HP, HR, LD, NP, OX, RG, SA, SN.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales, account management, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the defined territory to maximize the sales opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow sales of ventilation systems and electrical products within the electrical wholesale market.
  • Develop residential new-build system sales in partnership with electrical wholesalers by understanding project requirements and advising on suitable solutions.
  • Advise customers on the technical specifications and practical installation of ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with the building regulations and customer confidence.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to wholesalers and their teams.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Regularly update forecasts and pipeline information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience selling into electrical wholesalers on behalf of a manufacturer or distributor; or
  • Experience working within an electrical wholesaler branch, particularly in sales, account management, internal sales, or branch-based commercial roles; or
  • Early-career professional with experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial drive.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to identify opportunities, secure shelf space, and increase product sales through wholesale channels.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within sales, wholesale, distribution, construction, manufacturing, or electrical sectors.
  • Experience working with customers in a commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of ventilation, HVAC, electrical products, or building services (not essential).
