Naylor is a leading UK manufacturer with a proud heritage and a forward-thinking approach. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales across the South West UK region. This is a field-based role covering the South West UK — candidates should be based within or close to the region, for further details please contact abby.crump@naylor.co.uk.

Detailed Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organisational goals, adjusting plans to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Analyse market dynamics, customer segments, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners; negotiate contracts and pricing to optimise profitability.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, delivering tailored proposals and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent flow and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated customer solutions and share market insights to inform product, marketing, and service improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments; prepare and present reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.

  • Proven experience in regional sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
