They are now seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to cover Scotland, Northeast & Ireland to lead their team of five (three sales and two clinical trainers).

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing medical devices organisation in a newly created Regional Sales Manager position. You will take responsibility for three sales managers and two clinical specialists and be tasked with driving growth across a surgical portfolio supplied into the NHS and wider healthcare sector.

This is a role for someone who’s hungry for that next step in their leadership journey with progression opportunities on the horizon. You will be tasked with delivering commercial results, developing your team, and expanding market share. A key part of the brief is finding someone who has minimal invasive surgical experience due to the nature of the products.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Medtech sales manager:

  • At least 2 years’ medical/healthcare sales management experience within the NHS marketplace
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to coach, train and develop
  • Knowledge of minimal invasive surgery and ICS/ICB structures will enhance the application
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: £24,000 OTE
  • Car Allowance: £700/month
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and full training with clear progression opportunities
