Southeast UK Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for a Southeast UK Regional Sales Manager with either professional hair or beauty experience to keep developing and delivering great results in this area.
This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with leading an experienced team and still likes to stay close to the market through their own small region. You will need to show your credibility to the team and be able to think more holistically about developing the region as a whole.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, developing and supporting a team of field sales professionals to hit and exceed team targets
- Growing revenue across your personal territory through new business and account development
- Spending at least two days a week out on the territory with customers and the team
- Producing clear sales reporting, forecasts and regional plans
- Working closely with the directors and senior management team to shape sales strategy
- Collaborating with admin, finance and warehouse teams so customers get a seamless service
- Bringing energy, structure and a positive team ethos to the region

What we're looking for
- A strong track record in field sales, ideally within hair, beauty, salon supply, professional products or a related B2B sector
- Either experience managing a sales team, or a high-performing Key Account Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to step into leadership
- Commercial drive, with a clear record of hitting targets
- The ability to coach and motivate others while still enjoying selling yourself
- Confidence with reporting, planning and working cross-functionally
- A full UK driving licence
- Must be comfortable with being field based for part of the week and be living in the Southeast.
