About the Role

The Sales Manager — UK Market is responsible for driving TRLLN’s commercial growth across the UK retail sector. This role owns the sales strategy and pipeline for the region, building strong relationships with retail customers and partners to expand TRLLN’s presence in the market.

We are looking for a mid-senior sales professional with a proven track record in UK retail, who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing and account growth, while working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the retail sector.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities in UK.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings with UK market needs.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends, reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Represent TRLLN at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the UK.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on the UK retail sector.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently with proven negotiation success at decision making level including C-Level.
  • Strong network and existing relationships within the UK retail industry will be highly valued.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Based in the UK and willing to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Google suite and CRM tools proficiency.
  • Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
