Do you share our ambition to be the best? We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Construction Equipment Sales Department as a Regional Sales Manager for the UK/Ireland region.

What can you expect from this challenging job?

  • You will have the overall responsibility for driving the sales performance for the region, managing a network of dealers in terms of quality as well as capillarity, with the intention to maintain and ensure continued growth.

This job contains the following tasks:

  • You develop our dealer network by agreeing on their sales targets, driving on market share and working on brand perception.
  • You prepare and implement the market strategy and segmentation related to the dealer development strategy.
  • You monitor competitors in your region and implement necessary adjustments in the strategy accordingly.
  • You are fully responsible for the forecasting exercises.
  • You develop and implement (marketing) actions to be taken.
  • You screen for dealers and sales opportunities in your region in order to increase market share.
  • You communicate and collaborate closely with the Regional Head of UK/Ireland.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in construction equipment or a relevant sector.
  • You have a native level of English.
  • You have an analytical mind and good business acumen.
  • You are entrepreneurial, flexible, creative, and proactive.
  • You are a born communicator.
  • You have talent in both developing strategic approaches and implementing them through targeted operational activities.
  • You are willing to travel throughout the UK/Ireland when required and to the European Headquarters in Belgium (+/- 50% travelling).
