Our client is an established provider of hazardous and liquid waste treatment, recovery and disposal services, supporting industrial organisations, commercial businesses and other waste management providers across the UK. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business combines technical assessment with specialist treatment capability to deliver compliant waste management solutions for a broad range of complex waste streams. Working across a diverse range of industries, the business has built long-standing customer relationships through a practical, technically led approach.
The Role
Responsible for sales revenue and profitability across the Central & Southern region, the Regional Sales Manager will develop existing customer relationships, secure new business and identify opportunities for long-term commercial growth. Reporting to the Sales & Commercial Director, the role combines new business development with the growth of established accounts, developing compliant waste management solutions for customers operating across a range of industrial sectors.

- Working closely with Technical Assessors and the wider sales team, the Regional Sales Manager will develop regional sales plans, manage key customer accounts and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- The role includes sales forecasting, market analysis and competitor monitoring, ensuring commercial activity remains aligned with business objectives whilst representing the business at customer meetings and industry events.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally within hazardous waste, waste management, environmental services or another regulated industrial sector. You will be commercially aware, confident developing long-term customer relationships and experienced in delivering profitable sales growth across a regional territory.
