The Role

The role of the Regional Sales Manager Garage Doors will involve:

  • Regional Sales Manager position, selling and surveying a manufactured range of garage doors products for a range of domestic situations.
  • 20% of your time will be based from home with 80% being on the road.
  • Managing 8-10 sales surveyors across the region.
  • Average orders circa £1,400.
  • Lots of leads and appointments provided by the office.
  • Coaching sales surveyors while accompanying on surveys, producing KPIs and reviewing performance.
  • Role will involve extensive travel through the regions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes, and closing sales.
  • Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teams.

The Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Garage Doors with:

  • Must have experience in a field-based role.
  • Minimum of 12-18 months field sales people management experience.
  • Ideally have sales experience with a made to measure product/ home improvement sector.
  • Ideally looking for roller door experience however would consider people from backgrounds such as windows, doors, blinds, KBB or related technical building products.
  • Drivers licence.
  • Autonomous in nature, driven with high energy money hungry.
  • Strong people skills.
