Keyline is the UK's number one supplier of specialist civils and drainage solutions, the products behind mini-roundabouts and megastructures, housing estates and football stadiums, road construction and flood defence, energy, water and data supply. Part of Travis Perkins plc, we operate a nationwide network of over 40 branches, and we're growing.

We're looking for a Regional Sales Office Manager to lead the sales team in our sales office and take ownership of one of our busiest, most important customer ledgers. This is a genuine opportunity to shape how we serve our customers, develop a talented team, and drive the growth that sits at the heart of Keyline's 5-year plan.

The Role

  • Build customer plans with the external sales team and understand the ledger of accounts trading through your office.
  • Lead the team through every enquiry, from first contact to invoice, maximising profitable sales.
  • Set and manage CSAs and pricing, using management accounts to keep margins on track.
  • Optimise customer rebates and third-party deals to protect and grow margin.
  • Review customer profitability each quarter, spotting gaps and turning them into a plan for growth.
  • Coach and develop your team — regular 1-2-1s, skills development and career progression.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers, other branches and the wider Keyline network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
