We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Regional Service Manager to join our highly successful team, leading and driving service success within the Northern regional area.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
We are looking for a professional, skilled Regional Service Manager to join our regional service team, leading and driving service success within the North regional area.
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for:
- Delivering high customer service standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Daily management of a team of Service Technicians
- Ensuring efficient utilisation of resources achieved
- Controlling costs whilst meeting and/or exceeding contractual obligations and service level agreements within the geographic region allocated
The position is a regional role, responsible for the Service teams within the North of the UK, including 8 direct line reports, including Service Supervisors, Lead Technicians, and Service Technicians. The successful candidate must be based on the M62 corridor in the Manchester, Leeds, or Sheffield areas. The successful candidate will be required to travel throughout the UK to meet the needs of the business and will need to attend our Head Office in Ashford, Kent when required.

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THIS ROLE?
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Service industry experience with a customer-focused approach
- Technical understanding within a service or engineering environment
- Good commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Ability to analyse performance data and make informed operational decisions
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship management skills
- Working knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation within the construction industry
