Join us as a Services Regional Account Manager

Help customers unlock the full value of their installed equipment. You'll drive services growth, build trusted partnerships, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and performance.

What will you do?

  • Grow new services business from the installed base and maximize renewal rates for existing contracts
  • Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities across consulting, recurring services, and modernization offerings
  • Partner with customers as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored solutions for their unique business challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences

What are the key skills we are looking for?

  • Product Application — advanced level; matching technical services to customer equipment and operational needs
  • Account Management — intermediate level; growing relationships and expanding services within existing accounts
  • Consultative Selling — intermediate level; uncovering customer challenges and positioning value-driven solutions
  • Customer Relationship Management — intermediate level; maintaining engagement and trust throughout the sales cycle
  • Negotiation — intermediate level; closing contracts that balance customer needs with business objectives
  • Sales Funnel Management — intermediate level; tracking opportunities and moving deals through each stage
  • Industry Knowledge — intermediate level; understanding customer sectors to tailor services effectively
  • Artificial Intelligence — developing level; leveraging AI tools to enhance sales insights and customer engagement

  • Excellent communication skills that build credibility with technical and executive audiences

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 65,600 - GBP 98,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
