Job Overview

Your role is to help protect our customer's property, people, and assets by delivering high‑quality security services in line with the site's Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any updates.

You will play an important part in meeting — and ideally exceeding — the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, contributing to a positive working environment and the long‑term success of the contract.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and enjoys working with a variety of people.

You May Be The Ideal Candidate If You

  • Hold a valid Front Line SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a CCTV (PSS) Licence.
  • Have previous security, retail security, store detective, police, military, or investigative experience.
  • Have a full UK driving licence and are willing to travel across the region.
  • Are confident working independently while also being part of a wider team.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Are organised and pay attention to detail.
  • Feel comfortable using technology, mobile devices, and reporting systems.
  • Are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Enjoy problem-solving and making informed decisions.
  • Take pride in producing accurate reports and documentation.
  • Are willing to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
