About
Hello and welcome to Sungrow UK! We are looking for a relationship-driven service professional to help our strategic customers succeed across the renewable energy landscape. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
- Build and develop trusted relationships with strategic customers, including IPPs, EPCs, and project developers.
- Drive business growth by supporting sales activities for PV and energy storage projects.
- Coordinate high-quality service delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by proactively managing expectations, priorities, and follow-up actions.
- Support negotiations for warranties, service agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
- Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities to strengthen key account partnerships.

- You hold a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- You bring experience from the renewable energy sector, ideally in PV, BESS, or a comparable technical environment.
- You communicate confidently with commercial and technical stakeholders and enjoy building lasting partnerships.
- You have strong negotiation skills and can balance customer needs with business priorities.
- You are comfortable coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and bringing people together.
- You are willing to travel frequently across the UK and as needed for customer engagement.
- You have English language skills at C1 level.
