Regional Supply Chain Director

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Regional Supply Chain Director to lead our end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations across Europe and America. This senior leadership role will shape regional strategy, strengthen operational performance and build a resilient, customer-focused supply network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the regional supply chain and manufacturing strategy in line with business priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and customer service operations.
  • Drive a safe, reliable and efficient manufacturing network, with clear accountability for quality, service, cost and delivery.
  • Improve demand and supply planning, inventory performance, capacity management and operational resilience.
  • Build effective sales and operations planning processes and strengthen cross-functional decision-making.
  • Lead continuous improvement, productivity, cost optimisation and operational excellence initiatives across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, environmental and trade requirements.
  • Develop high-performing, collaborative teams and a strong succession pipeline across Europe and America.
  • Partner closely with commercial, finance, quality, innovation and global operations teams.

  • Significant senior leadership experience across end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing in a complex, multi-site organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, integrated planning, logistics and inventory management.
  • Proven success leading regional transformation, improving service and delivering sustainable cost and productivity gains.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries and cultures; exposure to both Europe and America is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial judgement, financial understanding and data-led decision-making capability.
  • Confident communicator and influential partner, able to align local, regional and global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop senior, geographically dispersed teams.
  • A degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business or a related discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional European languages, Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
