Regional Support Manager – Elderly Care

Location: Field-Based (Travel Across Our Care Homes)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Lead, Support and Drive Excellence Across Our Care Homes

Are you an experienced multi-site care leader looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Support Manager to join our Operational Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to support our elderly care homes through periods of growth, change and improvement, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance.

Working closely with Home Managers and senior leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening services, developing leadership teams and delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and colleagues.

This is a field-based role with regular travel across our services. The role is typically Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential, as occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet the needs of the business.

About the Role

As Regional Support Manager, you will provide operational leadership across a portfolio of care homes, supporting services with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, leadership development and operational stability.

Whether supporting a newly acquired service, helping a home prepare for inspection or providing additional leadership during periods of change, your expertise will have a direct impact on the quality of care delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and support across multiple elderly care services.
  • Lead service improvement and stabilisation plans.
  • Support Home Managers with compliance, staffing, recruitment, performance and culture.
  • Monitor quality assurance, governance, audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and support homes through CQC inspections and action plans.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Home Managers and leadership teams.
  • Promote consistency, accountability and high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to support organisational growth and acquisitions.
  • Drive occupancy, team engagement and continuous improvement across services.
  • Ensure residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
