Regional Support Manager | Luxury Nursing Homes

Location - South East, London & Essex
Salary - Up to £90,000 per annum plus bonus & benefits

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a growing, family-led luxury care provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Nurse Qualified, Regional Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of homes across the South East, London & Essex.

This is a newly created role and a really exciting opportunity to join a provider that is going through an exciting period of growth, whilst remaining true to the family values and high standards of care that have been central to the organisation's success.

The role:

As Regional Support Manager, you will work closely with Home Managers across the portfolio, providing visible and hands-on leadership and helping each home continue to deliver exceptional standards of care.

You will support with operational performance, compliance, quality improvement, occupancy and team development, whilst ensuring that the resident and family experience remains at the heart of everything the organisation does.

Requirements:

  • A qualified nurse with an active PIN.
  • Experienced within elderly care, ideally with multi-site exposure.
  • Knowledgeable around CQC, compliance, quality and operational standards.
  • A strong people leader who knows how to get the best from Home Managers and their teams.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
  • Hands-on, resilient and solutions-focused.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating the best possible experience for residents and their families.

The organisation has ambitious plans and is continuing to develop its portfolio, but there is a real understanding that growth should never come at the expense of quality or the culture that has made the business successful.
