At OneSchool Global UK, we're committed to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent across our network of 23 campuses and Regional Support Office. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in helping us find the talented teachers, support staff, and corporate professionals who make a difference to our students every day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and thinking strategically about talent. You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, helping to strengthen our recruitment approach, improve candidate experience, and build the talent pipelines needed to support our future success.
Based at our Warwick office, and relocating to our new offices at Prologis Park, Coventry later this year, this hybrid role requires attendance in the office three days per week, alongside occasional travel across our UK campus network and to recruitment events.
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support, and Regional Support Office positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
A key focus of this role will be proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring we have access to high-quality candidates for both current and future vacancies. You will also support employer branding initiatives, enhance recruitment processes, and provide market insights to help inform hiring decisions across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
