JOB PURPOSE
The Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager EMEA is responsible for leading and delivering Talent Acquisition across the region, ensuring the effective attraction, hiring, and onboarding of talent to meet business objectives.
As part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role owns EMEA as a key component of the global function—accountable for delivery and performance across a diverse, multi-country region while representing regional requirements, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations within the broader global model.
A critical aspect of the role is balancing regional complexity with the objectives of a centralised Talent Acquisition function, driving the adoption of standardised processes, consistent ways of working, and global capabilities while maintaining appropriate local flexibility.
The role will also play a key part in continuing to evolve and modernise Talent Acquisition across EMEA, strengthening capability in talent advisory, increasing the use of data and insights, and enhancing the impact and credibility of TA with the business.
Alongside leadership responsibilities, the role will directly manage a select number of senior and business-critical requisitions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
