About GF
Due to continued growth within our UK and Ireland Industrial team, GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions is looking for an Industrial Regional Sales Manager to support and grow our business across the whole of Ireland, including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
As part of the global Georg Fischer Group, we provide advanced piping systems, valves and flow solutions for demanding industrial applications where safety, reliability and performance are critical.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales – Industrial Flow Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales activity across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The role will be contracted through GF UK.
You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business and project opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver agreed revenue and margin targets for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives
- Identify new customers, applications and project opportunities
- Manage and develop key customer and distributor relationships
- Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
- Achieve agreed regional revenue and margin targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- Forecast sales performance and report progress to senior management
- Work closely with marketing, operations, product management and technical teams
- Coordinate pricing discussions, tenders and key account agreements
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM

What We're Looking For
- Proven technical or engineering sales experience within industrial markets
- Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships
- Good understanding of engineering terminology, materials and industrial applications
- Strong commercial awareness, including sales forecasting and performance management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to manage a regional territory
- Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- The right to work in the UK/Ireland, living within the Ireland area, with the ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role
