Regional Technical Field Support Engineer

Landing Systems | Wheels & Brakes | Collins Aerospace, an RTX Business

At Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, we help shape the future of aerospace and defence through intelligent, advanced technologies that keep aircraft safer, smarter and more reliable.

Our Landing Systems business supports some of the world’s leading airlines and MRO customers, providing the technical expertise behind one of the most critical moments of flight: landing.

We are seeking a Regional Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical support to Collins Aerospace wheel and brake customers across Europe. This is a highly customer-facing technical role, combining engineering expertise, practical problem-solving and relationship management to support airline operations, strengthen maintenance confidence and deliver long-term customer value.

Powering confidence every time an aircraft touches down.

What You Will Do:

As a Regional Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical partner to airline and MRO customers, helping them resolve technical challenges, understand product performance and get the best from Collins Aerospace Landing Systems technology.

You Will:

  • Provide regional technical support for Collins Aerospace wheel and brake customers.
  • Support airline and MRO customers with technical queries, operational issues and product guidance.
  • Help maintain the highest standards of customer support across technical sales, campaigns, retrofit activity and competitions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive, clear and credible technical communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs, product performance and future opportunities.
  • Act as a technical voice for Collins Landing Systems in the region, helping customers operate with confidence, safety and efficiency.
  • Support ongoing customer engagement by combining technical expertise with a strong service mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, solving practical technical problems and representing world-class aerospace technology in the field.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
