We are Suntory Oceania

Craft your future with Suntory Oceania, a new $3b multi-beverage partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage and Food. Underpinned by quality, craftmanship, and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres, and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.

From V Energy, Maximus, BOSS Coffee, and -196 to Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Maker's Mark, and Hibiki Whisky, our portfolio is packed with brands consumers know, love, and buy every day.

Now we're looking for a passionate Territory Manager to own our Rockhampton territory and help us bring our brands to life across Central Queensland.

Every day looks different. One minute you'll be negotiating extra display space, the next you'll be launching a promotion, or helping a customer grow their category sales.

What you'll be doing

As Territory Manager, You'll Be Responsible For

  • Driving sales growth and delivering territory targets.
  • Building strong partnerships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Bringing our promotional and category plans to life in store.
  • Executing planograms and ensuring best-in-class space-to-sales compliance.
  • Managing refrigeration assets to maximise customer and business outcomes.
  • Selling and implementing state and national promotional programs.
  • Creating standout visibility for our brands across your territory.
  • Working closely with Sales Managers, Customer Service, Logistics, and Field teams to deliver exceptional results.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, and thrives on building relationships.

You'll Bring

  • Sales experience and a track record of achieving results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
  • A growth mindset and desire to continuously develop.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A passion for working with great brands and even better people.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Experience in FMCG, beverage, retail, or territory sales will be highly regarded, but just as important is your drive, energy, and willingness to learn.
