The company
A social-first games company, and one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK.
They make party games that spread on TikTok before they ever hit a shelf. Over a billion organic views across social so far. Millions of players worldwide. The team is small enough that you'll know everyone's name and big enough that things break in interesting ways.
They're profitable, growing fast, and hiring because the work is outrunning the people
The job
You own TikTok Shop affiliate strategy for an entire region, and your number is views on shoppable content.
Last year the team did 850 million views. In 2026 they want to more than double it. Your region is a real slice of that target and it's yours to hit.
What you'll actually do
- Own the affiliate machine in your region. Seeding product to creators at scale, commissioning content, running monthly product launches, setting promotions. The system already exists and it already works. You inherit it and then you push it.
- Turn views into revenue. Views alone don't pay. You'll work with the Marketplace team on which SKUs to push, when to launch, what to discount, and how to keep TikTok Shop and Amazon revenue climbing month over month.
- Build and motivate a creator community. Hundreds of creators making content about the games. Keeping them active, keeping them excited, keeping the quality up.
- Test something new every month. This is the part that matters most. You'll pull apart what's working, kill what isn't, and run new experiments constantly. Scrappy beats polished here.
- Direct a support team. You'll have admin assistants handling sample distribution and creator logistics, so you can stay on strategy. You refine a workflow, prove it works, then hand it over and move to the next thing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who this is for
Marketing experience isn't required. Some of the strongest people on this team have never held a marketing title.
What they need is someone who can look at a system that's already performing, spot the three things nobody has tried yet, and go do them without being asked.
Three routes in:
- Creator and affiliate marketing. You've run influencer or affiliate programmes, worked TikTok Shop or social commerce, managed creators agency-side.
- Generalist. Consulting, banking, grad scheme, Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, Strategy & Ops. You think in systems and you've done something hands-on with short-form content, maybe including your own account.
- Commercial. Sales, partnerships, category management, marketplace ops, growth. You've carried a number and hit it.
Essential
- Bias for action. You'd rather ship something imperfect on Monday than something clean in three weeks.
- Strong opinions you can defend. You'll be asked what you think and expected to have an answer.
- Self-management. Ambitious targets, minimal hand-holding. You set your own priorities and find your own growth areas.
- Comfort with change. Priorities move fast. If that reads as chaos to you, this won't be a fit.
